Welcome to Highland Animal Hospital. We are family run and have served Fayetteville and the surrounding area since 1956. We are a full-service veterinary hospital providing complete medical, surgical, dental, and premium boarding services. Our services include wellness & prevention, spay & neuter, orthopedic surgery, emergency surgery, dental care, x-ray, identification, and much more.
We Have Extended Our Hours
We are open for walk-in services for existing clients from 8:30am - 12:00pm and from 1:30pm - 4:30pm.
Clients that check in during these hours will be seen even if the visit lasts past those hours. You can still pick up prepaid medications and pick up or drop off for boarding between 12:00pm - 12:30pm. Between 12:30pm - 1:30pm the lobby will be closed, and we will be unavailable by phone. This means that we will not be open for boarding pick up or drop off, medication pick up, or any other services between 12:30pm - 1:30pm.

We have extended our morning hours BY APPPOINTMENT ONLY for existing clients for vaccine only visits. Existing clients can CLICK HERE to schedule a routing vaccine appointment during our new early morning vaccine only appointment hours.
What To Do Upon Arrival
When you arrive, please text us at (910) 484-2131 to check in. Please include your first and last name on the chart, patient name, the reason for the visit, and the make, model, and color of your car. We will call to check you in and get additional details.
If you prefer, we will continue to offer curbside service. Please use the same check in system and let us know you prefer to stay in your vehicle.
Medication Refill Requests
To expedite your visit we now accept requests for medication refills by email. Please allow 2 business days for prescription refills requested by email. Email HighlandAnimalRefills@gmail.com. Please include:
